Ramon Nuguid, MBA, BSN, RN Founder & CEO
Mr. Ramon Nuguid is a highly exceptional man with a vision, a man's vision was resonant. His story began with a passion for helping organizations succeed. He saw a need for personalized, results-driven consulting and outsourcing services, and set out to create a company that would meet that need. Today, he continues to uphold that same passion and commitment to excellence.
Mr. Ramon Nuguid has earned his master's degree in business administration (MBA) in 2016 and his bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) in the Philippines 1980.
Mr. Ramon Nuguid has an abundant background in the home care industry. He has been a Registered Nurse in the United States for 35 years, of which he was a former surveyor from The Joint Commission for more than 7 years and presently as ACHC surveyor. Through his background as a surveyor, he honed his leadership, administrative and clinical management skills, which made him streamline his home care consulting and outsourcing business.
Mr. Ramon Nuguid has also made a network of connections to different homecare organizations. This led to him owning a home health agency for 7 years.
In 2020, despite the global outbreak of COVID-19, he established Compliance Answers, LLC. to help different Homecare organizations stay afloat by helping them to reduce their cost to 70% without compromising quality and patient safety, boost return of investment (ROI), and focus on their core business initiatives.
